By using HomeGate, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description
HomeGate ("the Service") is a proxy-as-a-service platform that allows you to expose self-hosted services to the internet through our shared VPS infrastructure. We provide reverse proxying, automatic SSL, subdomain assignment, custom domain support, and access protection features.
Account Responsibilities
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HomeGate to:
- Host, distribute, or proxy illegal content under applicable EU law
- Engage in or facilitate any form of illegal activity
- Abuse shared infrastructure in ways that degrade service for other users (e.g., excessive bandwidth, crypto mining, DDoS participation)
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls on the Service
- Resell or redistribute HomeGate services without prior written consent
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications through proxied services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Payment Terms
- HomeGate costs €4.99/month per service
- Payments are processed by Revolut Business
- Billing is recurring on a monthly cycle from your subscription start date
- You may cancel at any time; your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if there's an issue
Service Availability
We aim to keep HomeGate available and performant at all times. Our infrastructure auto-scales to handle demand. However:
- The Service is provided on a best-effort basis
- We do not offer formal SLA guarantees at this time
- Scheduled maintenance and infrastructure updates may cause brief interruptions
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by your home server, network, or Tailscale connectivity
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeGate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any third-party conduct on the Service
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your service assignments will be deactivated and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the Service. Continued use of HomeGate after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
